Date: Sunday November 9th
Time: 10am - 3pm
Where: Preston South Primary School, 56B Hotham Street, Preston
Bring the kids down for a day of markets, face painting, live music, magic shows and more! The Sunday Market is a fundraiser for the school, raising funds for new and updated technology resources for the P.S.P.S. students.
Local Businesses
If you would love some great exposure for your small business or a chance to make some extra cash before Christmas, we are calling on local businesses showcasing art, craft, jewellery, homewares, gifts and delicious homemade and homegrown produce. With promotion and advertising to the local community in the lead up to the event via local ‘what’s on pages, outdoor media, community newsletters and Facebook pages, it’s a great way to drive awareness and sales of your products. The market will be held within the school grounds.
Stalls will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Enquire here
With a limited number of spots available, get in early to avoid disappointment. Registration closes 5th November 2025, some fees apply.
Kids Stalls
Encourage your kids to participate too! It's a fantastic opportunity for your child to showcase their creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. Get them involved by making and selling crafts, plants or something else where they have demonstrated great talent. Sign up today and get making! Registration closes 5th November 2025. Note, a small fee of $10 applies.

Hypothetical example
Maddy and Tom are committed to selling their Preston home in the next 12 months. They understand that their property could sell for $1,500,000 and that commission for this sale would be approximately 1.65% or approximately $24,750. Knowing this, they felt comfortable to bid up to this amount at the ‘Auction for an Auction’ at the Sunday Market, knowing that their bid will all go to the school instead of commission paid to the Jellis Craig agent selling their home. On the day, their winning bid was $19,000 and they then signed an agreement for Jellis Craig to sell their home later that year.
When they finally sold their home 7 months later, and the property had settled, $24,750 was then paid to Preston South Primary School as a donation from Jellis Craig.

● Prize is valid for 12 months from date of purchase
